This review is based on the service received provided by Precession Garage Door Service (PGDS) To begin with the reason I chosen PGDS is totally based on the rating it received + the educational short video posted on their web page explaining the difference between the garage doors. I received an e-mail in advance, information about the technician to arrive. I think this is unique, by doing that, you know who will be arriving. It (might) prevents any fraud. The information includes a brief detailed information about the technician including his / her background. Matthew Dewald - Technician called in advance as he finished his prior service earlier than expected and asked if he could come by earlier. (in lieu of showing up on our door step, he gave us a courtesy call, if e could arrive earlier.) That was a nice gesture. My garage door springs needed replacement. He inspected the wires, pulleys and accessories and suggested his professional opinion. In addition, I did purchased a belt driven garage door opener, and requested that to be installed to. He estimated the time for the repair duration and finished within the allocated time.
