Shaun called before coming and was there a few minutes then advised.He acessed the problem went to work after reviewing what had to be done and advised what needed to be done. Precision Door was able to come out, same day as my call, and replace my garage door opener. They also identified other issues with my garage door itself which they corrected. They worked with me to identify the best solution, not the most expensive. They were on time and the technician, Guido Valerio was courteous and professional.

The service was first rate, no doubt. I called, and had a Technician (Shawn) who was very knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. I was in a bad way, though, and now I realize I paid a really exorbitant amount of money for the parts delivered. One motor head, 3 springs (for 2 doors), rollers, bearings....and $1,800 later, the doors work great, but I feel major buyer's remorse when I'm now seeing that the mark-up on the parts is over 100% compared to retail (which I know they don't pay). I can recommend these guys, but would tell anyone shopping to make sure you are knowledgeable about the price for parts required.

Sean was our technician. He was very professional, showed up on time and kept good communication. Our garage motors were hit by lightening during a recent storm and the circuits were fried. I called Precision and they were on it right away. The board we needed had to be ordered but Sean put in a temp board to help during the week. Having (4) little ones you get used to being hands free.
