Your tech Chandler was very knowledgeable and efficient. My issue was since he was already here to do the roller replacement and 25 point inspection for the price advertised in the coupon book, a service fee was quoted to do anything beyond that. He was already here. I would have paid for the sensor replacement of $130.00 if another $ 90.00 wasn’t going to be added on for a service call fee. That “fee” should have been waved, he was already here ! I would have liked to have received a copy of what his 25 point inspection resulted in and what he found during that inspection. Experience went well. Called Precision for garage door repair, but a new garage door is needed and will be installed. Person was courteous and experienced knowing what the problem was. Appointment date for new door was placed immediately before leaving. Advertising was through the mail.

Bryan Staggs was a truly professional service man. He diagnosed the problems with my garage door and then gave me the bottom line. He listed to my complaints about the previous inadequate service without getting upset at my angry outbursts. He patiently explained the rational for the service needed and made it very clear the reason for the service. After I OKed the work, he accomplished the service very efficiently. It was very apparent that he was very knowledgeable about his work and a very good garage door service person. I was very glad he had responded to my request for service for a broken spring, and then found other things that were worn or could have caused additional problems.

I called due to a broken spring on our garage door. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to get out same day. The technician, Hunter, was there within an hour. He replaced the spring and all moving parts in a little over an hour— very quick! We were very satisfied and will use them in the future as well.

TJ came to our house to check out our garage door and possibly replace springs. After looking at it, he advised simple maintenance on the rollers and performed that work. Springs were OK, so there was no pressure to replace them. Very happy with the service with no push for new door, etc.
