Received a complementary 1 year anniversary lube and inspection for my new garage door. Service was performed by Jonathan Collins. Jonathan was very professional and carefully explained everything he was doing, including an explanation of why such service is necessary for the prolonged life of the garage door. As part of the inspection, he also fixed a gap that had occurred between the door and the jam. Based on my experience with Jonathan, I plan is to continue to receive at least yearly servicing for the door.

I did an Internet search for garage door repair. I was impressed about weekend availability and positive reviews. They live up to their customer service compliments. Appointment was made at my convenience. Repairman was professional and showed me part that needed to be replaced. The actual light socket had to be repaired. He offered for me to keep the part he had replaced to show my husband if needed. I have added this company for any future garage door repairs needed.
