I had heard good comments about Precision initially when I replaced my old garage door a few years ago. During our subzero weather when my garage door would not operate, I naturally called the number on my door since I have been pleased with the door installed and wanted Precision to fix the problem I was having with the door not raising.. Eric did a very thorough job in explaining my options and cost of repair. He completed his job very well in very cold weather as well as attempted to start my snow blower for me which I appreciated.

I chose Precision based on a friend's good experience with them. I was very satisfied with the entire process, from first call to the end of the install. My estimate was made within days of the initial call and the door was installed a couple days later as they just happened to have a door in stock that I got a good deal on. My installer, Drew, did a great job on the install, there should be no more snow blowing in through the doorway! The door looks great, service was extremely fast and I feel the price was great for the job they did.

I was having multiple issues with my garage doors: openers not working correctly, neighbor's remotes operating my doors despite my efforts to change the programming, doors out of adjustment, etc. The service person, James, was excellent. He showed up on time and obviously knew what he was doing. Without being pushy he made some recommendations and got everything working well again. Pricing was very competitive. Would highly recommend.

I called on a Monday evening at 5:30. They were able to come out the next day between 12-2. Josh, the tech was very knowledgeable and nice. He was able to replace my springs and recommended a great opener that accommodate my budget! All items were on his truck. I kept opening the garage door after he left because I was so amazed at how quiet it was!! He was only here for a few hours. I would highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs!!

We called Precision door for a broken spring on one of our two, extremely heavy, custom wood-overlay doors. Mike installed a repair kit on the spring b/c the definitive repair would require a custom spring. He also recommended replacing the worn cables and bearings which we did. Most importantly, however, when we had him come back out the following week to install the custom springs, we also had him install a new Lift Master 8500W jack-shaft opener on the other door (along with cables, bearings, and new rollers). He took extra time making sure the installation was perfect and tidy which was VERY appreciated b/c I'm a bit OCD and, as a BMW and Porsche enthusiast, my garage is literally my favorite room of the house. 10/10, A+++ service from Mike as well as Joel, the owner, for spending extra time explaining the details of the jack-shaft opener and a SUPER clean installation. Oh, btw, their pricing was similar to competitors for both the repair and the opener which was also a plus. We will definitely use Precision Door again!

Salesperson seemed to know product very well, was punctual for appointment, and very friendly. Only issue so far is that the door I was going to order he said was a pretty common one and could probably have them install it possibly even in the next week. When they called to set up date to install though soonest was a couple weeks later, so now have to try to take the day off work in about 3 weeks. Realize holidays are coming up, but wish he would of told me that it could be 3 weeks before they could install beforehand not a huge deal, just more of an inconvenience since I thought it would only be a week, may two. (Crossing fingers my current garage doesn’t give out before then)
