After discovering that a new battery in the remote was not going to address the issue, I called this company at 7:00 pm; and someone was here the next day to install a new garage door opener. Now it's like I have a whole new garage door! I've lived in this house over two years, and the garage door has never operated this well. The technician was also very friendly. One of the main springs of our garage door broke first thing in the morning. I called Precision Door and they had technician Will on site by 11:00am. He was completely professional and courteous, explained the work he would do, and also took care of the whole operating system of the door during the visit. I highly recommend Precision Door.

I called on a Saturday morning. The person I spoke with was very courteous. She gave me a window of time to expect the repairman to arrive that afternoon. The repairman came during the assigned time. He was friendly and efficient and replaced the broken spring and adjusted the garage door. I was very pleased with Precision.

My garage door broke and I was in need of a total replacement ASAP. As with many things these days, supplies are limited, and ordering something would take months. My experience w/ PDS was EXCELLENT beginning with my initial call, and warm welcome from Teresa. She got me scheduled with the sales rep, Blake, the very next morning. Blake was great - knowledgeable, friendly and had what I wanted in stock for immediate installation. Just when I thought the experience couldn't get any better, Matt the technician completely impressed me with his friendly demeanor, suggestions, and ability to work around a few minor 'quirks'. He is also extremely skilled and got my new garage door & motor installed in 4 hours, which I thought was extremely quick. Not only does the new garage door look GREAT, I feel I will be well taken care of, should any issues arise. A+ job by the entire PDS team. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door repair, replacement or other related services. Thank you PDS!
