Love these guys. I've used them twice in the last 6-9 months. Broken spring and then help replacing some weather stripping. Always deliver on what they promise. Their techs are so knowledgeable and genuinely want you to have the best experience. When my spring broke the tech recommended some other smaller repairs on the door and an adjoining door. Those suggestions drastically improved the operation of both doors and what I was charged was so reasonable. They placed a sticker on the wall next to my switch and said "we stand behind this work, call us if anything goes wrong". Like I said, I had them come back to do some additional repairs on weather stripping, etc...the doors were showing some age. Got a super-reasonable estimate and they did a great job once again. Different tech - equally as nice and professional. Office staff are always helpful and attentive (even when I ask stupid questions). You get reasonable updates on status of your tech. Honestly, I have no gaps to call out. They've got the process down from initial bid to completion. Love these guys.

Precision was great! Our garage door spring broke at 7pm so I called and 5 minutes later, had an appointment for the next morning. Our tech, Nathan, called and was able to come out early (yay!) and he fixed it expertly. He adjusted the tension on the opener, replaced the burned out light bulb too! Above and beyond. Excellent service. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

On December 3rd, I had a new garage door installed by Will Kidwell. If you check your dictionary under efficient, you will find Will Kidwell’s name. Old one taken out, new insulated one installed. This opener is very quiet. Without hesitation, I recommend Precision Door Service.

I should have called Precision the first time. Darren and Will were great! I had my door repaired recently by another company, and to say it wasn't correct is an understatement! Darren and Will came out, diagnosed the issue, fixed the door, and made sure it was in safe working order before leaving. The crisis of my garage door completely breaking on Saturday turned out to be easier to remedy than I expected. I googled garage door repair shops and found that PRECISION could help me on the weekend. Nathan came in 2 hours and lifted the (HEAVY) broken door so I could get my car out. Such a nice service man! I know I can always count on Precision for quick service, and a job well done. I had a broken spring, so my garage door would not shut. They talked me through how to manually shut the door, which involved pulling on a lever to release an attachment. Then, they arrived promptly to replace the spring. A couple days later, I had another little problem. Once, again, they came right away to fix it, and didn't charge me any extra. Great products, great service.
