I called precision today Saturday and I was able to speak with someone in the office who set up an appointment for garage door service. Justin promptly called prior to the appointment time, came by assessed the problem, had a fully stocked service van, gave me an accurate estimate and completed the work. The garage door works great now. First time using Precision. I was very happy with the entire process especially it being a Saturday. Very pleased. Thank you, Gary M.

One of your employees (Josh) lives on our street and I asked him for the phone number. Expectations were more than satisfactory. 5 Stars for sure. Justin arrived promptly the morning after I called for service. He was extremely knowledgeable about the problem; explained the various options to fix it; and immediately replaced the door opener within the time period quoted. We are very happy with your service and will keep you in mind whenever we need service again. Will also be happy to recommend you to friends and neighbors who are in similar circumstances.

Same day service was a factor, as my garage door opener failed as I was leaving for work in the a.m. Josh arrived early for my appointment, diagnosed the problem and offered a repair or a replacement with estimates for each. The opener was at least 20 years old, so I opted to replace it. Josh did the job in about an hour and programmed all of my access options, Home Link in my car, outside keypad, two Precision openers and a universal opener I had with the old system. He explained everything and made sure that everything was working. I'm very happy with the outcome.
