Came out within the hour that I reported I was having trouble with my door. Kinsman was very polite & addressed the problem. Fixed the door & checked the door a couple of times. I would highly recommend Percision to other people.

I was absolutely amazed at the prompt service I received from precision doors. Same day service, the rep said between 4 and 6, but in 10 min. Mark called and arrived in less than 3omin. Assessed the problem with my garage opener and completed the work within an hr. Praise God, for reliable, trustworthy and professional people. Also, the price was good.

Mark did an excellent job. There was an issue after installing the springs and we still are not sure what the problem was but Mark would not quit until he fixed it. I have shelves hanging from the ceiling above the garage door railings which made it difficult for Mark to tighten the springs. I would recommend Mark for any job.

There is nothing that I can say other than excellence. I called first thing this morning. They gave me an appt and arrived exactly at the onset of the two hour window. Representatives were extremely courteous and began on the repairs immediately. I am unable to finish my rating as I am still at work but i am confident the work was done with extreme excellence.

I made the service call a little before 5 PM. I was expecting to have the service completed within several days. I was pleased to find out that technicians would be on their way within a few hours. Within that same time. They arrived in completed the repairs. They were courteous, professional, and gave me several options. The choice was mine to make there was no pressure or high sales pitch. I would prefer the this company to my best friends .

I have already recommended this company to several of my friends. Justin was the technician and he did a really good job of explaining to me what had happened to my garage door. He offered several options and I choose the one that suited me. Some might say the service is pricey but you get what you pay for. I feel very satisfied and will continue to use Precision as I need them.

All I can say is wow! I called the day after Thanksgiving not expecting to even get a person on the phone. To my surprise, I was able to speak with a person and they told me they could be over to fix my garage door in about 3 to 5 hours. The technician show up at 3 hours after my call right on time. Justin was the representative on site who explained to me exactly what was going on, what to expect in the future as a result of what happened and gave me both a short term and long term solution. It's nice to have someone sent to your home that is highly knowledgeable of the products that the company sells and fluent in mechanics of how those products work. I am very happy with all aspects of this transaction and know who to call next time I need help again with my garage door! Excellent work!

Absolute Stellar Service by Precision! After a total failure to respond by the other in town overhead door company I called Precision where I was greated by a Happy Human on the other end of the phone and within 2 minutes I had an appointment setup for the same day! They arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem that should have been discovered by the other company that was here just 60 days ago. In the end I had them install a new door opener that they had in their truck along with parts for my door that were damaged. Less than two hours and it was all done! The Linear Opener that was installed is unbelievably quiet! Lastly... As a veteran I was very pleased to see the large banner promoting a Military Discount to Veterans! Precision is now who I will support and repeat to others! Great Job by the entire Precision Team!
