Excellent Service. Bryan arrived on time (early actually) and did the security check quickly but throughly. He then explained all he found showing pictures he took of the issues. After choosing the package we wanted he installed our new motor and all parts. I can't express enough how pleased we are. Thank you Precision and Bryan.

I needed a garage door motor replacement and renovation of other aspects of my existing unit within a short window of time before leaving town. Justin Ables setup the install within a few days. It included replacing the existing motor, replacing some hinges/wheels, installing remote keypads, door safety sensor and remotes. A tech named Mason Williams was assigned to do the work. Our existing assembly was about 40 years old but operated well. It didn't have the safety features, security camera, and remote control through iPhone capabilities. I want to express how good Mason Williams was at his job. I see a lot of laborers, techs, specialists on up in my profession as an Architect. Now and then a person stands out. He was extremely knowledgeable and organized in every step of the process. Anytime you deal with something older (my existing door in this case), issues arise and seem to slow down renovation processes. He managed every encounter without making it an issue just knew what to do and moved on. Very much a pleasant experience
