I've used Precision for over 10 years for business referrals. Their ads on TV are very well done and frequent. My garage door was sounding strange upon opening. When I called for service, I was told that someone would be there tomorrow. Justin called me 5 to 10 minutes to announce his arrival. He was very pleasant, listened to my concerns and checked the operation of the door. He performed general maintenance and indicated the spring was weakening and causing the sound I heard. He did an excellent job of explaining the situation, tried to adjust it and gave me the choice of replacing it or living with the situation for a while longer. I opted to have it replaced. He also checked the external remote opener and found the battery needed to be replaced. Excellent job Justin. 5 stars!

We also offer significantly better warranties than any competitor. The only thing I saw your technician could have done differently was waive the service call as we have a current promotion going on for that with work completed. Not only did he educate me about the problem (and fix it), but he also did a complete tuneup and explained many things about openers. Our tech was very good. He explained what needed to be done to resolve the problem and then gave us options about other repairs that would be beneficial to have a trouble free door.
