We called Precision Door Services to do our repair/install because service technician Carlos Morales was in our neighborhood doing a repair/service on another home earlier in the month and when my spouse stopped and talked to him about a problem we were having he was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. When I called for an appointment the receptionist at Precision was extremely nice and was able to work within my schedule to get me an appointment that worked for me which was appreciated. The service technicians Carlos and Cory called in advance to let us know they were on their way and met the appointment time set, truly appreciated. After the service team listened to my concerns about my garage door opener they did a complete evaluation of the opener and the operation of the door. Carlos explained and showed me why my opener was not working properly and also showed me other operational concerns that should be addressed. We discussed the price of repair verses replacement of the opener and the cost for replacement of the other operational concerns of my garage door. There was no "hard sale or pressure" from Carlos, just him sharing his experience and knowledge of repair business. When I decided to replace my opener verses repair, Carlos showed me my options of garage door openers and discussed prices and the capabilities of each opener being offered. After much discussion I chose the opener I wanted installed and the other optional repairs I wanted also. Carlos gave me a total price of my repair/install and gave me a estimated time the repair/install. The repair/install by Carlos and Cory was done within the estimated time and very professionally. When the work was completed the service technicians cleaned up any debris for the install and hauled the old parts away. Once they completed the cleanup Carlos sent time with us showing us how to operate the new system, special features that came with the opener I selected and other pertinent information about the operation of our system. Carlos and Cory were very professional and very courteous. I wanted to wait a little to write this to see how the garage door operation was working and I am extremely happy to report that the operation is still working just a smooth as when the install was completed. I would recommend people consider trying Precision Door Services for any repair or installation needed. I have recommended them to my neighbors and I will gladly be a repeat customer if and when the time comes. Thank you Precision Team.

5 Star Service! Precision Overhead Garage was Excellent. The technician "Jimmy" called when he was on the way. He arrived right on timing was very professional and knowledgeable. Another door company had performed really shoddy work previously. Jimmy installed the new springs quickly and performed some maintenance on my existing door. Very Pleased with the work.
