I had used this company years ago to service my loud garage door, it was suggested back then that I replace my rollers which I couldn't do at the time, but the noise was reduced with service work. Now, my door was loud and would stop and roll up again whenever I tried to use the opener. I called Precision and had an appointment for the next day. Jose diagnosed my problem and offered a suggestion (the rollers) for the noise. His only lie was that it would take 90 minutes to replace the opener and rollers. It took him less and 60! He was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the good communication with the office and the ease of having information emailed to me.

Springs broke on my garage door. As a result of going online, Precision Garage door popped up. Due to emergency needs I called, and a technician arrived rapidly. Only due to a rapid need did I allow the technician to sell me your product. I wish I had done much more research prior to signing at the bottom line. All the parts for the repair came to a little over $2000.00 including a 1-year warranty. After research, I could have obtained the same parts for about $800.00. I paid a very high price for the warranty in this case. In addition, the technician did not have 1 part and said he would come back the next business day. He did not! I called twice and threatened reporting the company to the "Better Business Bureau and then I got a rapid same day response to finish the job. The company was fast, but very expensive and poor follow-up when a part was needed that the Technician did not have in his truck.

Once he arrived, he was extremely polite. He looked at our problem and explained exactly what was needed to be replaced to fix it.
