I am very pleased with Precision Door Service. At their initial contact and consultation they provided options of either a repair or replacement of my door. They also provided an estimate of both (something their competitor was not able or willing to do). Precision gave me choices. The initial technician Anthony was awesome. I decided to have my door replaced. I was surprised at the cost (it was much cheaper than their competitor). The cost of a new door was not much more than the replacement. I ordered my new door. Ben showed up on time to do the installation. He kept me update to day with their progress. And in just a few hours I had a brand new door. Ben took the time to wipe the door down and clean up his area. I asked if I was satisfied. I would highly recommend, the service tech Joe was on time and stayed in communication prior to arriving. He fixed the problem in about an hour and the door works perfectly and is a lot quieter than before. Price was more than fair for the service provided, I would have wasted a lot of time and money trying to fix it myself.
