I could not get my garage door to come down. My garage is in the basement of my house, I was afraid someone could get into my house during the night. It was in the afternoon and I had called 2 other garage dealers and was told they could not make it today. I called Precision and explained my situation to the nice receptionist. She said they were booked for the day but they would come out between 6-8 pm if ok with me. Right at 6 pm this very nice, well-mannered young man showed up and told me the motor had gone out on my door opener. He got right to work and did a great job. I know he must have been tired and had worked all day in the hot sun but he never complained. I appreciate him so much and if I ever need help again I will definitely call Precision.
