I was so impressed by the quick service. Joe called me when he was heading to my house, arrived and quickly discovered the problems with our existing door and corrected numerous issues quickly. I had anticipated paying hundreds of dollars but was pleasantly surprised it was less than half of what I expected. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received today. I will highly recommend precision doors to everyone I know. A definite five star performance!

Jerry came this morning and repaired my sick garage door. The spring was broken, which he replaced along with the cables and also new and improved wheels. I can't believe how quiet it is now when opening the door. Jerry was very efficient obviously knew what he was doing. I would recommend Precision Doors. 5 stars

Responded to my web request in less than 3 minutes with a phone call. Set up an appointment for 3 hours later on a Saturday! Service Professional called me about 1.5hrs later and asked to show up earlier. Diagnosed the problem and performed the work in about an hour. Overall phenomenal customer service with the fastest response I've ever had on a weekend for any type of service. This company will be the only one I call in the future. Highly recommend.

We had our spring break and the ballbearings were bad. We called them Saturday morning and by the evening it was fixed.
