Conner was my serviceman and the problem with my door was not the usual type. However Conner was willing to think out of the box. He tried something that he seemed to be workable but he had not ever had this problem so he could not know if it would work. Told me to try it for a few days and let him know it worked or not. Well its been almost a week and the problem has not come up again. Thanks for being willing to try something different. When I called your competitor they told me it could not be fixed and I would have to purchase a new door opener for $425. Which I could not afford.

I found Precision by google search and boy I am glad I did. Service the same day I called. I was locked out of my garage. The gentleman with Precision "Ben", called ahead to confirm his appointment and arrived promptly. Ben clearly explained the problems with my garage door. He also gave me several options to solve the problem. This approach actually allowed me to choose which option best suited me and the budget that I had set for the repair. Ben also helped me and my daughter load a couple heavy duty speakers in our car. Service and Pricing was Exceptional on a Saturday and Holiday Weekend No Less!!! We would do business with Precision again and will definitely Recommend them to others as the need arise.

Conner was very professional and courteous. He was very patient with me all of my questions. He explained the advantages of replacing the bearings, rollers, cables, and drums along with replacing the springs. While the cost was more than I had planned he made me confident that I was making the right decision in the long run. I am also happy with the fact that I have a 5 year warranty in the event that anything goes wrong. It was definitely a five star service call!

I was told one price on phone and then technician said it was different price when he got there. He said it was company policy that i had to get both Springs replaced when only 1 spring was broken. And i even told her on the phone that i need only one spring fixed and she said it will be $150 total. Then i had to pay $ 300. I will never use ur company for any of my houses and hotels. Also will pass this on to other people .

This is,a terrific company. They honored a slightly expired warranty and repaired my garage door gratis. I was quite pleased with their original installation and had no idea why my garage door malfunctioned. The gentleman who repaired the door was almost as concerned as I was that the door was operating properly. He spent a great deal of time trying to make sure that the door was operating properly. I was amazed, surprised, and grateful that all his work was done without charge. This company wants their customers to be happy. I am pleased to recommend them.
