I called this morning and got a live person who said a technician would be at my house between 3 and 5 pm. And Joe delivered. He fixed my garage door, explained why it was not working and everything he did to make it right. When the other one starts to go south, I'll call Precision and ask for Joe again. Mighty pleased.

7/15/2015 I was extremely please with the work preformed by Joe. He arrived on time. He asked me to explain to him what the garage door was or was not doing. He asked questions to verify the problem. I left him alone so he could check the garage door for himself and determine what was wrong. Joe proposed three solutions and he explained what each one would accomplish and the cost. I selected one of his recommendations. Joe installed a new belt drive garage door opener and garage door rollers. The garage door is working properly and the best thing it is very quite. I will definitely refer Precision to all friends who need garage door repair. Thank you Joe for the great job.

Jerry B. came out to give me an estimate on repairing my garage door after I had closed it on my tailgate. He was on time, polite, and extremely helpful. He even helped get the door back on the tracks and put the cables back on the wheels for no charge. Jerry is great! The only reason I didn't go with Precision was the price. They were a little expensive, but the customer service was fantastic! And to many people great customer service is worth paying just a little bit more for.
