Just as expected, got great service from Precision. The rep. couldn't replicate the bounce back I was getting from the door the day before, but we did end up replacing the seal at the bottom of the door because it was warped and could have been catching as it was coming down. Mr Garcia, your technician deserves honorable mention for his professional appearance and the way he explained the details what he was doing and the reasons why. From the way he was talking you could tell right away that he was highly trained. He arrived in a marked vehicle so no one could be suspicious in the neighborhood on what his intentions were. Mr Garcia for all his talent and customer focus deserves a 5 star rating. He repaired our recent newly installed garage door and made it like new.

My appointment was sceduled for Saturday between noon and 4. When no one arrived by 4, I took a shower. Before I could get to the door, the technician was home. He did not have the courtesy to phone me. My appointment was changed to Dunday between 2 and 6. This time he was early and did not call first as I was promised. I was quoted a price of less than $50.00 for a new remote control. The guy added a "programming fee" of $40.00. So my bill was almost twice what was quoted..he was here 10 minutes so he was earning between 9 and 10 dollars PER MINUTE. I was treating with no respect or courtesy and I feel completely ripped off. Never again.
