Bill Potter New opener, track, and rollers installed in 2022. Sent email over the weekend re: problem that cropped up. Got email notification during weekend, a phone call Monday morning, appointment for tech visit set for same day, crew showed up at the early end of appointment range, assessed problem, and fixed problem. Told me the part in question has a random but known issue and that part and service call was covered under warranty. Everything they say in their TV ads is true. This company is the best!

Our torsion springs on our garage door broke in half over night on a Saturday. I called Precision at 8:30 this morning. Jeremy R. arrived at around 1 pm and had us up and running by 3 pm. He was very polite and even pointed that the door cable were rubbing on an electrical wire which I was able to fix with his assistance. Thanks Jeremy

I found Precision to offer the best price which is important for a retired vet and also on Social Security. After the estimator came out and the installation date was set, everything went like clockwork. If they said something would happen, then you could be sure it would. The installers were great, personable, polite, and professional. I can't believe how different my new two-car garage door looks and how quietly the new Genie opener works. They kept to the time schedule and answered all my questions with no technical jargon, just simple, and easy-to-understand words. The simple maintenance I am required to do every other month is easy to do. This garage door is hurricane-proof and insulated to keep it cooler during the day. Going with Precision was an outstanding affordable decision I could have made. I highly recommend them to anyone's home.

I called Precision Garage Door of Clearwater on Sunday, Father's Day, not expecting to reach anyone. I had to fix my garage door that day! I was told by the dispatcher that someone would be out soon to fix it. Chris Wyckoff arrived knowing exactly what was wrong. Chris knew how to fix it and had the parts. I thought the job would take hours but Chris had it done in 30 minutes and I was able to attend my families Father's Day celebration without missing a beat. I chose Precision partly because I drove beside one of your trucks, and your driver stayed within 5 mph of the speed limit, and I respected that. Also, your customer reviews were quite persuasive. And the man who came...Adam...was personable and knowledgeable. BUT the estimate he gave me did NOT match the one I got on the phone, setting up the appointment. It was $20 more than what I agreed to, and I never could understand why...something about traveling expenses. Then, figuring I would stand and watch him recalibrate my opener in order to learn something new, I was astounded to see that it took less than a minute to make it work again. So I ended up paying almost $135 fr about ten minutes of Adam's time! Not cool. I'm an 89 yr.old retiree, and really can't afford this kind of treatment. I will not be recommending Precision to anyone who asks me.
