Having to repair your broken garage door is never fun or cheap, however, this happened on a Sunday (of course) and we were pleased to get a quick appointment from Precision and a tech that actually came earlier than the expected time. Bryan Martin was our tech. He was personable, knowledgeable and fixed our garage door without any issues. He explained what was wrong and our options. Definitely five ?? ???????? After calling they sent a tech the next day. We were very satisfied with all parts of the service. Christian was great and did installation fast and efficient. He was pleasant and outgoing and gave us options on what kind of a door opener we might want to replace our old one. He finished, cleaned up, explained everything, did paperwork and left us with a smile. ????

My technician, Arnold, was professional and skilled. He quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem with my garage and provided the necessary repair. His customer service exceeded my expectations. He pointed out items that still worked but showed wear. He informed me of what to watch for to head off trouble. His attitude was pleasant and positive. I was having an issue with my garage door opener. I called Precision for one, I've heard the name a lot and their number was on the garage door. They were able to come out the following day, the guys were on time courtious and professional. They figured out what the issue was and fixed that day. They replaced the door springs and bearings as well as the motor in the opener. So far its working like champ.

This is usually the only company that I call when my garage door acts up. I will say that the first tech who came out, Tim was very unprofessional. He was having a phone conversation about how he could not fix the door and implied that I was not going to be happy about it. He was overly dramatic and when I told the second tech who came out, nothing was done. At the very least they could have made up for the poor communincation. In addition, I never got a reciept for the work complete. There was $1100. to rebuild my garage door and I still honestly think it was over priced. I feel like they took advantage of me.
