My garage door stopped working yesterday. I called precision door service Saturday morning as soon as it opened at 9 am. Customer service was very kind and accommodating to my dilemma. I was quoted a time of 2 pm-6pm a technician would be able to come to my home. At 1 pm I was notified the technician had finished up the previous job and would be able to come to my home now. I said. Yes and thank you. Matt came to my home within 15 minutes. I was kept informed of his arrival. Thank you. Matt diagnosed the problem and was able to explain it in terms I could understand and all of my options with prices and warranty information. He completed the repairs within an hour. Great service. When my garage malfunctioned, I dreaded it -- figuring it would be four days (it's a long holiday weekend) before I'd get someone come. I called Precision, and they said they could have someone come today! One hour later, the technician was at my home. He looked at my garage door, immediately noticed that the sensor was not sitting properly, adjusted it (sure enough, that worked!), said "No charge," then politely asked if I needed anything else ("No thank you," I answered), and he left. As my kids used to say when they were small, "Easy Peasy!"

Precision installed my large garage door back in 2010. It has been working fine up to this last month. I thought it would just (fix) itself (haha). I finally called Precision, and just like the Ads on Tv they were able to come to fix it for me the very same day I called. Good news all around. I needed an adjustment. We were having a problem with our existing garage door opener and called Precision for service. Precision was able to send a service technician in about one hour after our call. The existing opener could not be repaired and the technician, Chad Donavan, gave us a bid for a replacement opener. The price was reasonable and we approved the replacement. Chad completed the job in about one hour, showed us how to operate it and set up both cars to operate the new opener. We are very pleased with the professional level of service. If the need arises we will use Precision again and highly recommend them to others.
