I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door for new installation and repairs. Their technicians are highly proficient and professional. Both of my experiences with their field technicians have been pleasant and they were courteous and expedient in installing a new motor and repairing problems with my overhead garage door. Also when you call for help, a real person not a machine responds immediately and provides expedient service. They also advised me of the cost before repairing the door so there were no surprises.

Excellent service! I called late Friday evening and was able to schedule a next day (Saturday) appointment. Ryan, the technician, was courteous and explained in detail what my options were to fix the issue. Once I decided on what I wanted to do he was able to install/assemble all the necessary equipment and hardware that same day! My garage door works like a charm now! Ferdinand was punctual, professional and friendly. He explained in detail what needed to be repaired, and gave me an estimate ahead of the repairs. I would re-use/recommend this company. But do be prepared for sticker shock.

I was amazed at the quote of $900.00 for “maintenance” of my 7 years old garage door. I had three other houses all with garage door opener for 20, 25 and 10 years respectively and never needed this kind of “maintenance”. ???
