The employee and quality of work were fine. The problem I have is with your pricing. All the parts are shown with labor included but how is that correct when you are overlapping labor between parts? I was quoted over $723 to replace 2 springs as it included all new pulleys and wire. That is way out of line. After reducing the cost to $453 with less parts I said ok only because I needed the work done asap. Your cost for the springs with labor was $200 I believe when the parts alone should have been no more than $50.

Excellent product! Had new doors and new liftmasters installed. Excellent job done by Cesar Serrano! Doors and trim were exactly as ordered. Cesar was the extreme professional. Matthew performed an analysis of my garage door problems and explained needed repairs vs optional repairs. He presented me with a calculated quotes. I elected the more extensive upgrades and repairs. This was my 3rd time using this company over the past 7 years for my 2-car garage. Today we changed out the last legacy unit from the original homeowner 23 years ago. There have never been any issues with the new units that I had installed over the years. The installers are incredible and professional. The customer service is top notch: I called on a Saturday morning and talked to the support team, got a return call first thing Monday morning and got an appointment same day for noon. The tech called saying he was running 30 minutes early and the job was done in 1 hour. Can't say enough how good this company is.

First, this is not a fake review. We lost a torsion spring on New Years Day. I called on the next day and we had a technician at my house within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment. The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The garage door was very heavy, so we worked on it together. He replaced the springs (both should be replaced0 and discovered that the cables were worn. He replaced them and adjusted the door to perfection. After some adjusting on the opener, we had a working door again. It also worked better than it had in years. I highly recommend this company because their workmanship and technician are among the best I have experienced.

The workmanship was good. They were professional in every way, but I would not use this company again. Let me be clear on why. The technician was professional and did a fantastic job. In terms of the work done I would rate them 5 stars. However ... I called them because one spring broke. I could have repaired it myself, but I didn't have the time to do it, so I called them. If you go to Home Depot, you can buy everything you need to replace 2 springs and 2 safety cables for about $150 and that's getting the "good stuff". Their out of the gate quote was $700.00! Here is the bad thing about all of these service franchises. They are trained to do, wait for it .... "Safety Inspections" and of course if everything isn't in brand new condition (and what ever is), then they use that to try and scare you into replacing everything. Here's the deal, my garage door is 15+ years old, springs break, it happens, everyone knows it. So you do what everyone does, you replace the spring and safety cable, both of them, just like tires. But you don't replace every single part. Maybe you do if you are flush with cash, but typically, when something breaks, you fix what's broken and you dont' go fussing with everything else unless it breaks. I felt like I was being fleeced. The impression I got was that while they were there, they were looking to make as much money as possible by using safety as a sales tool. If that were the case, any car with 50,000 miles + should have every part replaced immediately. I can't say for sure because I've never been to the annual Precision Overhead conference, but I'm going to make an educated guess that they give seminars and training on how to increase the average sale. There is likely more of a focus on that, then an just doing a great job for a reasonable price. Companies have to make money, that's why they are in business. But to make a service call for a spring replacement and get a $700 quote is just crazy. Next time I'll have to find the time to do it myself.

I found Precision to be a highly professional company. They accommodated my schedule. Their service was timely and efficient. Matt and Ryan explained the problem and provided the cost breakdown. They were respectful of my property and preformed the replacement in an orderly fashion. I would highly recommend them.
