Sean and John that installed 2 LiftMaster garage door units today, 9/11/24, did a wonderful job. Professional, clean, easy to understand various directions - clearly both men knew what they were doing and did so without hesitation. Extremely satisfied all-around with Precision for this 1st time customer! My technician Matt came earlier than the 4-hour afternoon window I was given and it was pretty cool that I received a text message right after he called confirming the time that I was able to read a short “bio” on Matt and those few things listed became instant conversation pieces. We had a lot of things to chat about! Matt was very knowledgeable evaluating all of the mechanics of the garage door letting me know the conditions of all the working pieces and then replaced the springs in a very timely manner. And then coupon was great too!

I recently had four new garage doors installed at my residence. Everything from the doors back to the opening/closing switches on the wall were replaced. It was a full two day job to complete the installation. Technicians, Wilmer and Ali, performed the work with a high level of professionalism and craftsmanship. My garage door was still the original from 1985 and last year, when it wasn't working smoothly, Precision came; said I did not need new door; replaced some parts ($800+). Now, just a bit over year later, motor died. My question is: Why didn't they alert me then that a 35 year old motor should maybe have been replaced? When my remote would not open the door this month, I called local locksmith who could not open it; suggested I call Precision to explain my dilemma and my plea was handled by a polite patient lady who got me help the very next morning. Matthew Dewald came, work diligently, persevered, and tried everything to get it open without cutting into it. After about 2 hours (really!) he had no choice but cut out a section, then still had to work more to finally open it. I can not say enough about Matthew's work ethic.
