Chose Precision based on local neighborhood reviews which were great. The guy that cam out was careful to write down 4 different estimates for the garage door which had a broken chain spring. The reason I write reviews is to honestly depict the honest arrangements made with a service including repair, and materials cost. The guy that came out honestly did as good if not better job than most garage door services do. He was quick to cite the benefits with each estimate. We went with the 5 year warranty, and note the more you get repaired the longer the warranty which in this case started with a broken spring in garage door.

Nothing but positive things to say about my technician Brett and Precision. My door stopped working unexpectedly and not really knowing who to call, I did a Google search and Precision was the first result so I called because it said they were open 24hrs. This was around 6pm and I spoke with a nice person who got me an appointment for the next day around 2pm since I couldn't be available for a morning appointment. Around 10am or so I get a call from Brett asking if he could come earlier and we agreed upon 12pm and he showed up on time. I explained my problem and he was able to immediately assess the culprit which I didn't fully comprehend the evening before. He did a full diagnostic check of the garage door system to identify if anything else was causing the concern. Brett recommended some other parts that could be replaced now but were not necessary for the main issue. Being a former automotive service advisor I appreciated how he broke down the repairs and let me know what was needed now to make my door operational and cautioned what could be needed for the future. At first I decided to just get new springs but then I changed my mind and decided for the bearings and rollers too since all those parts work together and the bearings and rollers were old and showing wear. I didn't want to worry about dealing with another mishap down the road however soon or far away it might have been. I went out to the garage while he was working on the springs asked him if I could add it all and he said sure that is no problem and the best part is he had all the parts with him. So thank you Brett and Precision for being prompt and responsive and letting me know of things to keep an eye on for the future! I also like that there is a 5yr warranty for the parts. I highly recommend!

They came right out to diagnose our problem, which was we needed a new garage door. They put it on order and it took about a month to arrive because of the supply chain issues. But they did what they needed to do. They matched our old garage door in color pretty darn well, and it seems to be installed very well. We are happy with what they did.
