My appt.was to replace the weather stripping on the bottom of the garage door and general maintenance. Your tech, William, called to let me he was on the way. When he arrived, he was very friendly and polite. We discussed the service I requested and he spent time checking out the door itself. We agreed he would replace the bottom weather stripping and check and lubricate joints etc. that needed it. He told me some further service I could look at doing maybe next year, which was very useful to me. Never any pressure! I was very impressed with William and the work he did at a reasonable price. If you are having garage door problems, call Precision ! I had been having trouble with the door not opening with the extreme cold temperatures..I would highly recommend their technician Colton, who came to my rescue the first time when the door was frozen to the ground and who did a thorough inspection and recommended new springs. When I scheduled this service, he and I talked on the phone as he was heading to my house...he asked more questions about the way the door was acting during the cold because he said, he didn't want me to have this trouble again...he wanted to solve the problem for me ! He was my hero right there and then. We actually changed the 20 year old opener and replaced the springs and the door is so quiet and so smooth in its' operation, I am thrilled. He went above and beyond in his service for me. Call Precision ! Ask for Colton !
