Came out same day as I called (within 2 hours) which was great. It ending up needing a little tuneup and some lubrication, but they also made sure all the calibrations were correct as well. Only took about 30 minutes or so and serviceman was friendly and answered all of my maintenance questions! Great service and reasonable cost, would highly recommend.

Really fast service when I needed it most. Garage door broke late night and I needed it repaired today. Call Precision at 7:00 and was put on schedule for 8-10:00. Serviceman showed at 8:22am, did inspection, gave me an estimate, made repairs and was done in a little over an hour. Repairs just done today but so far I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!!!

My door needed repair to hold the top roller on the door. I Emailed for a repair man to look at the door and tell me if it could be repaired. He looked the door over for loose panels and hinges and the damaged side that holds the top roller. He said he had bad news he could not repair the door and he could not get the panel. It was out dated. He very nicely showed me the options I had if I wanted to buy a door from him. He was a very nice person to deal with and if I need service again I will call them. I highly recommend them if you need repairs or door.

Techs arrived earlier than originally scheduled (they called first). Analyzed the problem quickly and gave me three repair options. Work was well done and fairly quickly. I will call these folks again if/when I need garage door work done.

Johnathan was a helpful and kind service repair person. He was very good at explaining what repair was needed. He is a 5 star employee! Amazing knowledge of a correct alignment for Garage Door installation. The Precision Door Technicians of Huntsville, AL [Jonathan and DJ] arrived on the same day I placed order, came equipped with ALL necessary parts and tools, and worked without stopping until 10 pm including clean up.
