Justyn and his assistant were on time and knew what had to be done and did it. Provided additional information on maintaining the system and were very careful in removing the old door and track system and installing the new door. Was recommended by Home Depot. Called Precision about 1pm on 11/9/24, job finished before 4, same day! Technician Brent sure knew what he was about, had all the parts and tools at hand. Replaced torsion springs, all bearings, all rollers, drums, and wires. He explained as he went and showed me how to lubricate in the places I had not been lubricating. Very friendly and experienced, not only in garage doors but in other areas as well. My door now works great again, thanks! I'm super happy I don't have to leave my car in the driveway until someone could come by in a week or whatever. Brent also took all the scrap away.

It was very eat to schedule an appointment day and time on their website. I needed same day service and this was available. The mechanic called to ask if he could arrive early and was at my house in the exact time frame he stated. He was polite and professional. After diagnosing the problem the motor had stopped working and the gears were stripped. The opener we had was old and no longer being manufactured so no parts were available to repair the motor. I was given 2 different options replace the item and optional items if I wanted those replaced but were not necessary. He gave me a price quote that was fair and then he got straight to work. Once finished I was shown how everything worked. Everything took about an hour or so. I’m very pleased with the customer service, work, and price.
