The folks with Precision Door were quick to come out and work on the outside keypad of my garage door. They sold me a new pad & motor. Wasn’t that I needed it, but I liked the newer door opener with more options. It is so much easier to use and connect to your car. Like using an app so that I can open and close door by my phone. A new key pad was needed and I also liked the newer pad. It was also so much better than the old one. You can trust the folks at precision door.

When I called Precision and spoke with Dana to make the appointment I expected to pay what the advertised price said it was going to cost. When Justyn arrived there were added fees and the estimate ended up being over twice the advertised price. I immediately felt tricked and complained and Justyn brought the price lower but there was still an added fee. The price advertised is NOT the price you pay. Please ask questions.

I Gooled garage places, since a dire situation had been created, and it was getting close to closing time for most businesses. Dana, the most patient, helpful recipient of the call was More than exemplary. A friend ultimately resolved the problem, but an appointment was established to get an estimate for a new door to replace my older one. Chandler, the young man who provided the estimate was very polite, professional, and the estimate reasonable. The tension spring broke on my garage door. I was able to easily set up an appointment using their online scheduling for the next day at a time convenient for me. I received a text prior to the appointment with the technician's picture, which I appreciated. Brent showed up on time, calling first so I knew he was on the way. After examining my door and hardware, he quoted me options, but did not push for any of them. And he completed the repairs in a very timely manner. I was very happy with my repairs.
