I am absolutely blown away by this company! I had an issue with my garage where my car was trapped. I was able to schedule everything online which was extremely convenient. They had available appointments the very next day! Braxton called when he was on the way as well as arrived exactly on time for my appointment. He came prepared with everything he needed on his truck and had my door fixed with in an hour. Highly recommend him if you need help with your garage door!

At 10:20 am I discovered my garage door spring was broken. I called Precision service at 10:32 am. The repairman , Heath, arrived around noon. By 1:00 pm the spring was replaced and other upgrades I selected were complete. Very prompt and professional service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company. Larry Tabb

I had a very positive experience with Precision Overhead Door company. They answered my phone call on a Sunday and scheduled a service call for Monday. They showed up early and the service technician Heath Burlison was outstanding. He clearly has a lot of experience doing these types of repairs but also was genuinely concerned to make sure the work was performed correctly. I really could not ask for a better experience. The installers arrived on time and did all the work professionally with concern and respect for my property. They explained all the work to be performed and answered all my questions being informative, without being condescending. The exacting detail they demonstrated during the installation demonstrated their product expertise. They were the kind of installers you hoped for when looking for someone to do work and rarely find. First, they WORKED to get the job done without wasting effort while not taking shortcuts. He explained I had no immediate problem, so he did some preventive maintenance and left the three options proposal to review before making my decision, which I very much appreciated. Braxton, the technician was decent and I don’t blame the rating on him, however when he came to my home he immediately advised me that they do not work on my brand of garage door motors (linear) which was news to me. This should’ve been relayed to me as I made the appointment with the schedule assistant. She should’ve asked me the brand of motor I had if they have limitations. This huge error on their end caused me to waste my time and cost me $93 for an appointment for literally NOTHING! For them to come out and say “sorry, we don’t work on your brand” and then pivot to try to sell me $2k worth of merchandise and services was pretty messed up.

We had old doors from the 1960s replaced with all-new insulated doors and equipment. John and Chase worked tirelessly to get the job done. Other members of the crew, Jake and Justin, came back with John at a later date to make adjustments. They did not leave until we were completely happy with the installation. From the employees that answer the phones and schedule appointments to the billing department, all were courteous and kind. Our garage door broke after normal business hours (of course). Justin was here within an hour of my call and helped open the door to get our vehicles out of the garage. The door had multiple problems with the opener motor, springs, rollers and shaft. We decided to have a lifetime rebuild on our door replace the problem sections. Justin returned the next day promptly at the scheduled time. He completed his work, programmed the new keypad, programmed my car remote and walked through the operation of the new motor with me and cleaned up the work area. I am extremely pleased with our experience with Precision Door Service and Justin Collier.
