Hunter Taylor was FANTASTIC… (all caps on purpose). He has a unique blend of skills to listen, then perform diagnostics and offer recommendations on how to restore our garage door needs. He was personable & offered counsel on a range of LiftMaster products… but MOST important… he left us feeling that if we have any issues- he and Precision Garage Door would be responsive. That made our day!

These guys are not only professionals but also very honest and kind. I had bought and installed a new Precision Garage Door sometime last year. Recently the door was ruined due to some unknown technical malfunction and the Precision team evaluated that the replacement of the ruined part of the door would cost $1,615. I agreed to the price and instructed them to replace the work. The manager himself visited my premises, saw the installation/repair and all was set. Guess what? my wife and I were surprised when I got out my Creditcard to pay and the manager said, he Precision was not going to charge me a penny!! For that I give them five stars .

Found Precision Door on Nextdoor hidden and also recognized that a neighbor had used them with good reviews. I would recommend the company and will be using them again when I have to! I was very impressed with Hunter when he came out and explained a lot of issues I was having and explained in detail about maintaining the doors. I have 26 year old Raynor doors /insulated and I would recommend that brand. Expensive but worth the money. Needed to get new remotes and keypad but new information on how to KEEP the doors operational. I will be calling and asking for Hunter again!!

They were prompt and courteous in responding to my request to having my drive belt replaced. My garage door and opener were thoroughly inspected, and possible options and costs were given. I was disappointed in that the drive belt on my Chamberlain opener is not a part that they could replace without replacing the rail. Since I wanted to consider my options overnight, I had to have them make a return visit with the necessary parts. This cost me the cost of another service call, making the final cost extra high. I think they would have charged this if they didn’t have the part on the truck when they first came. The repair was done on time, quickly, and competently. I really trusted the installer.

Messed up twice. Brought the wrong door. Couple of weeks later installed a damaged door, which they noticed while installing, but old door had been removed so they had to finish it out. Arrived today another two weeks or month and installed an unblemished door. Got it right.. Good job!

How refreshing! Justin came to my house on the initial call just to go over my 19 year old garage doors (2-dr/3 car). He took just a few minutes of looking over the current condition, then showed us his recommendations with 4 different options associated. We picked our option, expecting to set up the next appointment. Justin looked at us and said it should take about an hour. He completely went over both doors replacing springs, rollers, seals and realigning the door frame. He even reprogrammed our openers to adjust to the new springs. Steller work Justin! I haven't seen this quality of service in many years. Way to go Precision.
