I am not a happy camper. ....Your add, in the Coupon Express stated Free Service Call (if service repair over $100.00) also the same add stated a 50% discount on the second spring.I did not receive either of these printed offers.

It is our policy that coupons be submitted at the time of service and one of our customer service representatives was able to honor the coupon for the 50% off second spring for you after the fact. We bought a garage door from Precision a few years ago. However, we failed to properly lubricate the spring as originally instructed. Thus, it broke. I called Precision and an experienced technician came out. He carefully looked at our door/spring/parts and told me what happened (he could tell it had never been lubricated withOUT me telling him). He gave a price for the spring replacement, then an option that would include a life-time guarantee. We chose the life-time guarantee, and he went to work replacing everything this included. He was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. He was training a new employee and was patient with him. We are highly satisfied with Precision.

Got Precision's number from the ad that comes in the mailed booklet. The problem was a bad circuit board. Since the whole system was so so old I opted for a new motor. Couldn't be installed that day but scheduled for the following Tuesday. When the original man had a family emergency he called and asked if I could reschedule; if not it would be later in the day. I opted for later in the day. Everyone was so accommodating. During installation, all my questions were answered, the workings were clearly explained, and he set up my phone to operate the door from there. I was so grateful for their graciously working with me. I'm a happy customer!
