Far exceeded my expectations. Solved my problem quickly - under 1 hour to replace two springs. Hunter was very professional and explained the 3 options without overselling them. He explained that the original springs were undersized because the installers did not factor in the weight added to the door by the siding. Your quick response (2 days instead of 2 weeks) sold me. BBB rating is usually a confidence booster.

We have an older, full wood door and it’s quite heavy and we just wanted to get peace of mind on operation and maintenance. Hunter came out and gave us some really good pointers in maintenance and performed a very good inspection. I have never had less than wonderful service from Precision and wouldn’t call anyone else!
