Highly recommend this company! Our garage door had an unusual break, and we were afraid we would have to buy an entire new door. After calling other local companies that charged $95 for a service call, Precision offered a free service call. Justin came out, was extremely professional, and successfully repaired our door in a couple of hours for a fraction of the cost of a new door. Thank you Justin and Precision.

Adam did a great job of inspecting the garage hardware and providing repair vs replacement details. He was early/on-time, communicated the early arrival in advance, and addressed all of my questions. He ended up replacing the torsion springs, torsion tube, and the center bracket. The garage door is balanced correctly now and substantially quieter. He disposed of the old materials following the repair. We are very pleased with the outcome.

Tech called asking if he could come early and this was greatly appreciated as we got the work done, lessening the need to hang around the house waiting for him. He went out of his way to explain the correct way to program garage door openers so we could do it ourselves in the future. FYI what he told us was different than what the book with the opener stated and we trust the tech.
