Technicians were professional, knowlegable, punctual and worked clean and fast. Very satisfied. Making an appointment was tedious and annoying. On hold many minutes and the central corporate dispatch people have no idea what happens locally on the ground. I guess that’s what happens to a good local company when they are bought out.

Door came of track -we scheduled an appointment for 8pm and Hunter appeared at 6pm and had the door fixed and much quieter that a local competitor left it. Hunter had it fixed in an hour . Precision Door is out always company now. Thank you!!!!!

Preston Weaver replaced my broken springs and provided a good recommendation on installing new rollers which has made my garage door much quieter. Adam and Kevin did an excellent job installing our door. I had a problem with a chipmunk or mouse working their way into garage through door seal a few days later. I called the office and Adam came back the next morning and promptly fixed the problem. We've been very impressed with the professionalism exhibited by the employees of this company . I messed my garage door up off the track and bent the tracks all kinds of fun. Called after 5pm since you were still open got an appointment for early morning next day. Figured my door was a lost cause. Hunter and team showed up on time. Had it diagnosed, added spring for better performance and had a nice chat about insulated doors and possible upgrades and garage door repaired all within about an hour. Definitely will use in future, highly recommend
