The spring on our garage door broke, leaving both of our cars stranded inside. We were unable to manually open the door. After a call to Precision, Hunter came and replaced the spring. He was such a nice young man, in addition to being capable and efficient. We appreciated the same day service and will call them again if a problem arises.

Compared you with DIY doors from "Big-Box". Reviews stated that the installation instructions suck, there's no live support, they bend easy and the house in the hardware don't line up with holes in the panels. Decision was easy; have Precision install new doors and save me all the trouble.

I damaged my door in the about 6:00 PM by closing it on my truck. One of the cables detached, one hinge cracked, another hinge bent, and two of the rollers fell out onto the floor. I called Precision and they offered their ER service. By 8:00 PM that same evening A great Technician named TJ Had the door fully repaired and working. I received texts and a phone call to let me know the status. I have used Precision before and will continue to do so. They are great.
