I am also in the service business and appreciated that they gave me a window of time from 2:00-4:00 and my technician (Nick) was right on time at 2:00. I had asked to be called when I the way so i could meet them there and I was late by 10 minutes because they were so prompt to get to my job. My unit was a 1988 model and I knew it would probably need replaced. Nick explained everything to me and came up with the best product within my price range and had everything on his truck and said it would be done within the next 2-21/2 hours. I agreed to quote and he had everything completed within 2 hours and even fixed some bad hinges. It was great to get it all repaired so quickly with a much quieter and stronger unit and did not really ruin my own work day schedule. I appreciate the professional work performed and the quality of product.

I have used many other companies in the past for my garage door repairs with mixed results. So I was cautious in choosing the next person to repair my door. I only ask a company to be honest, upfront, stand behind their work and are friendly and courteous. In my experience price should not be the only deciding factor. After looking around and checking I decided to try Precision. I believe found these qualities in Precision but more importantly in Ben Heflin who performed my repair. It's the people that make the company and should represent the company's mission. He examined each functional part of my garage door and presented me with options for repair. He didn't just offer the easy or quick fix but also informed me of other things he noticed without pressuring me into a purchase. Now my door operates better than it ever has. I believe the work performed by Ben will last for a long time. When I need garage door service again, I will be sure to call Precision.

I give a 5 Star to the Technician and the Company for a job well done. The Technician performed work that was not required for him to do. He removed some weather wore and wildlife damage board and replaced it with material that I had purchased from Lowe's. He then installed the winter weather material to winterize my garage.

My wife accidentally backed into the garage door and knocked it off the track. Precision came out, got it running again, inspected for damage, and even cleaned out a light bulb socket of our garage door opener so that the light bulb worked again. And because they had recently serviced the door, they did not charge us a cent. This is next-level customer service!

While having torsion springs replaced I was made aware of some upcoming failures to other hardware. After listening to the technician explain what was wrong and what the potential damage that would happen if pro-active maintenance was not performed it was decided that the garage door hardware should be replaced. I don't even have to worry about this door failing and it opens and closes much smoother and quieter. I am very satisfied. Good job!

Technician Kevin arrived on time and cleaned up any debris. Initially called to reattach/realign electronic eye. As he was already out and I was incurring trip charge, I had him inspect the door and corresponding parts. He pointed out a few issues and I opted to have them repaired. Kevin was very knowledgeable and pleasant. It was a great experience.

I’m so totally blown away with Precision customer service and the installation of our new garage door! Totally professional, listened to our needs and the young man who installed our garage door was such a professional! His work ethic was so professional! Precision followed up with a service call after the work was finished! Totally unexpected! Josh came to our home and ice had frozen underneath the door and he took time without being asked broke the ice away so our door was completely closing! He was absolutely professional and I felt he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase! I would recommend precision to anyone who needs any services! Precision Door Service did exactly what they promised: Guaranteed Same Day Repairs. We broke a spring on a Friday afternoon, and were trapped in the garage. The first company we called (the company that originally installed the door) said that they could maybe have someone come out Monday or Tuesday. Second call was to Precision. They would have someone out in a couple of hours. Conformation email quickly follows with not only the name of the technician, but also his history and background. Their tech (Ben Heflin) texts within the hour, arrives and accesses the problem (we needed a new set of bearings as well) and has everything fixed within 45 minutes. We asked if he could also replace a non-functional keypad while he was here. Had it completed as well in the same time frame, and even helped us program it. Excellent Service.
