Please change the name on the account to Feeney. I had the spring on my garage door replaced several years ago and I was pleased back then. So I called the number on the sticker on the door. Drew T called to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he introduced himself and asked what the issue was. I explained what happened and he asked what I was looking for. Based on what I told him we sat down and he wrote down some options giving me the costs and features and benefits of each. I selected one I felt was best. He then got busy with the installation. It was done in less than 11/2 hours. He helped me set up the code, showed me how to operate the new keypad and asked if I had any questions. He had me double check the door to make sure it was functioning properly. Drew is a great representative of you company. He was attentive to what I wanted and explained everything before he started the job. Very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. The doors 23 years old so I sure you'll be hearing from me again.

Every part of this process was easy. I spoke to someone first thing on the phone who got Brandon out to me within 3 hours. I loved the little Bio I was sent so that I would know who was coming and a little about them. Brandon in additiona to fixing the issue (for a really reasonable price), patiently reviewed the good, the bad and the downright ugly regarding our garage door. All this was done in a very unpushy manner but we will definitely use them again, if I could give Brandon and Precision a 6 out of 5, I definitely would :)

Technician Drew was very professional, presented multiple options for a WiFi enabled garage door opener. My wife and I choose to go with the Lift Master. We also wanted the bottom door seal replaced, Drew made an extra trip to meet a co-worker to obtain the required piece of channel. This is the third time we have used Precision Door, we have not had any issues with their technicians and their office people are prompt and courteous. Highly recommended company.
