Ryan Deal performed an extensive garage door repair yesterday. He arrived on time, did a fantastic job explaining the problems, wrote down three options at different price ranges, and performed all of the work over the next 3 hours. The door needed two new springs, new hinges, wheels, bearings, rod, overhead opener, in addition to re-securing the frame to the ceiling. Our garage door has never been so quiet. He did a fantastic job in a timely manner. I highly recommend Precision and Ryan Deal for your next garage door maintenance or replacement.

Drew came and was extremely helpful in deciding what was best to receive optimal operation with our garage door. We had several issues that needed tending to. He provided several options for us and was very patient when I told him I needed to discuss with my spouse. Mike actually arrived early! (YEAH!) Extraordinarily polite and very knowledgeable guy. He not only assessed the needed repair but evaluated the door and opener to help with preventive maintenance issues. He was very transparent with his suggestions and gave me two options on a course of action. Could not have been happier with the result! I initiated this call at 9PM on Thursday evening, had two follow up phone calls made to me the following morning, and the door was repair by 2;30 the next afternoon. Can't ask for anything more than that! Great job!

My original garage door was more than 17 years old and it eventually broke. I could not open my garage door for at least 3 months. That was a major inconvenience so I called Precision for a consultation. The gentleman who came out was polite, professional, and informative. He told me what was wrong and recommended a great door for a good price. They came back out less than two weeks later and installed the new door. The employee who installed it was quick and thorough. He noticed one of the panels had a small defect and informed me. They came back out a week later and replaced the panel with the defect free of charge. The guy who swapped the panels was quick and professional. I would highly recommend Precision for any of your garage door needs.

My tablet screen was not allowing me to see the breakdown of the " Star Rating" system, but if 5 Stars is the best, then that is my choice. The service person was Josh. He called ahead of his arrival, which was within the pre-appointed time. Josh was very knowledgeable & patient with me in explaining what the problem was concerning my exterior entry keypad. I also asked Josh to evaluate the present condition of the entire garage door system, which he did. I opted to be pro-active on a couple of issues. Josh was very gracious as well as being a gentleman at all times. He would certainly be welcomed back if I should need Precision Doors assistant again It was a privilege as well as a pleasure to meet Josh. He is true asest to the company !

James Vanderbur was my technician who came to the house to fix the door. He was pleasant and respectful throughout the entire process. He let me know upfront on how much the costs would be for the spring, which broke. He also did an inspection of all the parts of the door and told me what was failing and needing replacement. I wasn't planning on spending that much money on the garage repair, but, at some point it was needed to be updated. I thought he did it fairly quickly and would recommend your company to others. You were the 3rd company I called to get service. I thank James again for his help and thinks he deserves a big raise for staying after 6 in the evening.

Surprised how pleasant of an experience of having a service tech come out on a straight forward job could be. James was outstanding. Showed up wearing a mask which I told him that I knew it could be difficult to work in one and wouldn’t mind if he took it off. He insisted on wearing it for my safety and reassurance. Putting a customer first over a techs convenience is rare. He then was able to inform of my options and prices. Was completely straight forward and did not try to lie to make an up sale. I’ve used precision one other time about 10 years ago and that tech did not bring it to my attention that there was a longer lasting spring I could use. James did. I didn’t go that route as I plan on moving in the near future but wish I knew that before. And the awesome thing was he agreed with me rather then try to push the upgrade. James was also very friendly and made me feel like a good friend was working on my garage. Everyone needs an employee like him.
