I couldn't wish for better customer service. Schedule people were able to accommodate my need for same day service. James arrived and was extremely professional. He diagnosed the problem with my old system and explained my options. I did not feel pressured in any way. He arranged for a part to be delivered to my home so he could complete services of both doors on the same visit. He was fantastic with his kindness and service. Thank you!

We have original issue (1953) garage doors. Every 3-4 years we have to replace a broken spring, which is what we intended to do today. However, our technician, Andrew, went through all the options, including simply fixing it as is with a new spring. After giving me the education I needed to make a better decision, we decided to upgrade to a more efficient spring system that allowed us to keep our doors. It's more than what I wanted to spend, but itis what was needed, and they did a fantastic job in short order. There was no pressure at any time, just good information that allowed me to make a good decision.

I have used Precision Garage Door Service before and I was really pleased with the service! I called again on October 22, 2019 and was instantly set up with a Service Call for the same day! I had a new bottom rubber gasket installed the same day by a service man named BEN HEFLIN and I was totally pleased with his service and installation techniques! My door is now repaired and I am really happy with my Service and the Cost of the installation! I will continue to use Precision Garage Door Service in the future and I will also recommend you to all my friends that might need your Services!!!

5 star for the technician and service--both the sales person and installer called ahead as planned and arrived as scheduled. I would give the door a 4.5 star rating--good value/ quality for the money. I am not 100 per cent sure about the magnetic hardware. Obviously is does not work as a handle to elevate the door if needed.

Horrible experience, like dealing with used car salesman, tried to charge me over 800 for two torsion springs...overhead door 208 installed..run from these scam artist, reporting to BBB.

They were done in an hour and I had a new opener, a new spring, and a balanced door. The techs were very friendly and personable.
