I had taken 3 estimates from other companies. Precision allowed me 2 really get what I wanted which was 4 me 2 KEEP my Garage door opener and change out the springs, tracks and door! The estimate was written up by TIM a very personable Kid 2 work with. Then I got 2 Converse about stuff via email with the President of the Company Joel! He made me feel like I was a very wanted buyer. Then Nick Clapp came out and did a great job of taking out the old door and putting the new one in!! This company does want 4 anything and everything 2 b pushed back or pulled away from the tracks and the garage door about 10 feet. But that "IS" standard 4 their industry. It took a lot longer 4 us 2 clear out R garage enough that they could work on it! They Amber the dispatcher was very chilled out/patient, as 2 how long it was taking us 2 get the garage cleaned out enough that Nick could do his work! (Approx 12 weeks after I gave them 26% down. The door looks a lot better than the day that I had a senior moment when I put my van n2 what I thought was Reverse but I went 4ward about 14 feet and rammed the door! I WILL GOD 4BID!! IF I NEED 2 REPLACE THE DOOR AGAIN CAUSE OF ANOTHER SENIOR MOMENT HAVE PRECISION GARAGE DOOR COME OUT N DO IT AGAIN!!!

I worked with Kevin, he was extremely knowledgeable, presented multiple options and multiple price points to get my door functioning again, as well as options to replace old components. My installer, Eric, was very pleasant and explained to me all the defects in my current set-up. I went from needing a keypad programmed to buying just about everything new. The work was done quickly and has been working well. The only reason it is 4 stars is the sticker shock.

I called several local businesses for garage opener repair replacement options. Precision was the best choice, they had appointments available the same evening I called. Mike my technician arrive a little after 4 pm, and gave me several options including a repair. I opted for s new belt drive opener, and it was professionally installed about 1.5 hours later. I saw the A+ rating, and they lived up to the hype. Same day service, 4 to 7 window, competitive price. My only criticism is that they did not offer 1/2 hp Liftmaster advertised in there mailer. It was also more for an 8 foot garage height.

I called in for service today and was happy with the speed at which they were able to come to service me. Mike came out and was very professional in his demeanor but the news was not what I hoped for. I did in my heart know that a 43 garage door and opener may need replaced someday but I was hoping not. He explained to me the pros and cons of my options and in no way pressured me to spend more than I needed. This was appreciated. I now await Chapter 2 of this saga.

One call to Precision and in a few hours a technician arrived. Kevin was great! He is a true professional. He made me comfortable and explained clearly what he would be doing. I had called to have a keypad installed. I knew the door was really loud and Kevin showed me how the springs on the door were old and responsible for the noise so I had them replaced as well. Kevin was efficient, and cleaned up all the old parts. He even used a blower to clean the garage floor. He is a great representative of the company. I wold certainly recommend Precision to others.

I had Precision install two new doors just under a year ago and the vinyl trim was sagging in a few places. They sent someone out and he was prompt, efficient, placed a few more nails, and even placed a few washers to keep the door from shifting from side to side. He also checked the springs and lubricated the rollers for me! I HATE dealing with garage doors but Precision makes it painless! Thank you!!!

Couldn't be happier with the service. Mike was due between 2 and 4PM..he called at 2:20 when he was 20 minutes from the house. He was friendly, polite and explained everything to me as to what he was going to do. He found additional issues and explained the advantage of taking care of those at this time. He didn't try to hard sell me, but made sense as to why it would be best to take care of them now while he had the unit apart. He totally cleaned up after himself and was out in a timely fashion. He installed new springs, rollers and cables. I would recommend him to anyone that was needing their garage door serviced.
