Went with Precision because they offered more detailed information about my purchase than any others I contacted. Now my decision has been proved to be the right one. The door looks fabulous and my friend that was over that day is amazed at how quiet the opener works. Tim worked so hard all day in 90-degree heat taking down a heavy 60-year-old door and putting up the new one and made sure it fit despite some sinking and cracking of the concrete. I couldn't be happier!

We had the misfortune of needing our entire spring system replaced which resulted in a much higher bill than we expected. While it would have been nice to have a warning in advance that this was possible (we were told the price to replace a broken spring over the phone which was significantly less than our final bill) I can't exactly fault Precision for the fact that my garage door spring system was in worse shape than we expected. Our technician Ben was very helpful and professional. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

I had an intermittent problem with my garage door going up when it hit the pavement. Brian stopped by the house (actually called with a cancellation and asked if he could come early) and readjusted the travel distance. Seems to be working great ever since. Aside from fixing the problem timely, he didn't even charge me as it only took him a few minutes to adjust the travel. Thanks again!

We chose a very late appointments worked into our schedule and was concerned that when the technician would arrive he would be tired and difficult to work with. Nothing could have been further from the truth. It was obvious James had a very long day but that did not affect his mood or the amount of work that he needed to do to repair a door. Even though it was late, after the spring was replaced James continued to inspect and work on the door to make it work more efficiently and more quietly. This is the second time we have used precision for service and twice that we have been blown away by how professional and personable the technicians have been.

Loved the guys arrived on time as planned, they gave great information and were prepared to complete the work at that time. They did not pressure us to do anything and were willing to do what we wanted. They completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up behind themselves. They showed us how everything worked and made sure we understood and were happy. We needed new springs and bearings as our old door was 15 yrs old and would slam closed which was very unsafe. Now we are safe and happy. What more could you want
