We haven't had the garage door installed yet, but I want to comment on our experience so far. I called to arrange an estimate and spoke to Lou who was very nice, pleasant and professional. She said someone would be out that afternoon to give an estimate, which I was not expecting to happen so soon. Matt arrived at our house on time and was great to work with! He educated us on garage doors and answered all our questions. Because of Matt we ordered the door right then. I was going to get other estimates from more companies but decided against it because we were so impressed with our overall experience, thus far. I feel confident the installation will be fine, too. Thanks!

Garage opener installed last Friday. The light on the opener didn’t come on when door was opened or closed or when pressing the button on the wall unit. I called yesterday and a technician came out today. No light bulb was even put in the opener on Friday during the original install. Technician didn’t have a bulb with him so my husband ended up using one of our own bulbs to fix it.

Eric Gellenbeck was fantastic in the service he provided. I was really impressed with his explanations and recommendations throughout the process. Although replacing costly parts on a garage door is never fun, I at least feel comfortable in my decision to purchase through Precision based on such terrific service and warranties to secure the investment. It was humid and miserably hot and Eric was able to completely fix everything that was wrong or could go wrong down the road- same day- on a weekend- battling through the heat. Great guy and will definitely be using Precision in the future based on the terrific service we received.

Nick is the best tech. That has worked at my house. He did a great job everything was put in right and he doesn’t waste any time. Precision should Be happy to have such great employees. After working with Stacy, Matt, and Nick I won’t use anybody but precision. One bad thing is my new door has 3 Dents on bottom panel the good thing is it’s on the inside.

My service guy Nick was a great guy he came right in and seen the problem got down to the solution. Unlike any other service guys I've came across, instead of just trying to make you buy the best product or brand or whatever Nick actually took the time to explain to me each type of Springs and how long the warranties would be and showed me my options and let me make the best decision for my money, plus this dude was working in a hot garage probably feeling like a hundred and twenty or so, no air in the garage at all the dude was looking like he had just hopped out the pool.... for that I appreciate you Nick, good job !!!! Precision you guys need to give that man a raise !!!!.... For real though Precision you guys need to give that man a raise he's a hard worker take care of him good job Nick..

Our company had an issue with the garage door not closing properly. Michael called 15 minutes prior to arrival to inform me when he would be here. He then quickly inspected the door while I explained the situation to him. He was able to determine that the sensors were out of alignment. He had it fixed quickly, and then secured them more snugly to prevent this issue from happening again. He was incredibly courteous and professional during the entire process. Exceptional customer service!!!

We called precision because we had a problem in the past and got fabulous service at that time. Had fabulous service again this time. Our garage door was broken when a shovel fell into the garage door tract which "killed" our garage door opener. The person who worked on our door worked in terrible heat and until almost 11pm at night. We are very pleased with the workers, the responsiveness to our needs, and just how pleasant everyone in the company has been to us. Precision is outstanding!
