Andrew performed excellent service on a remote call. He thoroughly checked the spring, rollers, and operation of the garage door on a manual level. He pointed out some key items. He was early and did not take all day to fix replace the remote. Kuddos to Andrew Belinda Gibson

I called in the morning and they were able to set up an appointment the same day. Vladimir the technician showed up right on time and was friendly and polite. He was able to diagnose the problem right away (broken spring) and gave me a couple of options for solving the problem short term and/or heading off long term issues we may encounter due to aging parts. He completed the job in under an hour. I will certainly call again if/when our other doors have problems and I would recommend the company for sure.

I was very pleased with my purchase and installation of a new garage door and opener. My salesman Mike was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice. Josh and his partner (sorry I forgot his name) did a very thorough installation. I am especially happy with the weatherproofing which is a vast improvement over my previous door. Your price was also competitive and I would highly recommend Precision to friends. Thanks for the great service.
