Precision was very knowledgable and friendly, there workers were very professional and on time with their arrival. they estimated that it would only take an hour for the installation and they were done and cleaned up within that time frame i would definetly use them again in the future.

My recent experience with Precision was exceptional. The technicians arrived on schedule, evaluated the problems and explained what needed to be done to resolve the issues. They also pointed out a couple of other items that would need repair in the future without any pressure. I chose to have everything repaired at this time. The technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and completed all of the work in an efficient manner. I will call them again as well as recommend to others.

Nick did a superb job of fixing our garage door spring and replacing our worn out bearings. He explained to me what I've always suspected; that the previous company that serviced our door had used the incorrect spring size, which caused the door to put more weight on the opener and wear all the parts more quickly. Now the door is perfectly balanced (for the first time ever)! I highly recommend Precision for any future garage door issues.

The service tech who performed the repairs on my garage door was very knowledgeable about the work. He did very well explaining the repairs that was needed. He made me feel comfortable with what I was paying for then he followed up after the work was done by going step by step explaining and showing me what he done. His work is two thumbs up 5 stars.

Eric stopped by to look at our door, told me what we could do ourselves to repair the door, and saved me a potential service charge of $130. In my line of work, that means the world to me. We try to treat our customers the same way. It is an invaluable trait to be so upfront and honest, especially when it does not result in a direct sale. But rest assured, they will be my first call when it comes time to HAVE to spend money on one of our 8 commercial openers. Thanks again for the advise Eric!

My garage door broke at 7pm the night before a snow storm was expected, I could not get the door to shut. I found Precision and they advertised 24/7 service. I called around 7pm and they were at my house by 8:30pm. The tech, I think his name was James, was very friendly and personable, got the job done quick. I would call again for any further garage doors repairs.

I chose Precision Garage Door because they were the first to call. James was super friendly with all smiles. He explained everything that I needed and offered a few suggestions that was very helpful. Also he was honest , saying he fixed loosed wires on the sensors instead of replacing them. A good man and a good employee.

Nice guys. Next day availability as far as scheduling went. Nick provided a "tune-up" of my current opener and door hardware. Pointed out some wear that could potentially break my opener in the near future and provided me some prices and options for how to go about either fixing what I have (20 year old opener) or replacing with something a little more this century. I'll be going back to Precision Door when I decide on what I want for them to do the install.
