Four stars. Jeremy is technician. Always like him. He was on time, pleasant, checked problem, gave direction. 2 liftmasters under warranty, no charge--which I appreciated. Able to schedule within 24 hours; impressive. One negative; scheduled appt. with Chris last night; he was good EXCEPT, he asked how I'd heard of Precision? I was flabbergasted? Called with a problem, said, I'm a customer, told you had two liftmasters installed. Said, "we're required to ask that question". I said, "Seriously?! I'm not answering that". Someone has lost their mind to ask a customer how they heard of the organization. Please fix that, particularly if a customer has a complaint, the last thing they want to talk about is "how'd you hear of us?? Wake up MANAGERS!

Very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of your firm. I had a bit of an emergency where my garage door wouldn't lift. Precision (Jeremy) came and proceeded to fix our current door and keeping our investment without new replacement. Worked out great! Jeremy was terrific!!

Eric & Mike were amazing. Eric gave me a very fair quote for a new garage door opener for the 10' tall door on my dad's large outbuilding. After he & Mike installed the door, they worked hard to make it work, but eventually had to install new rollers as well (the commercial size door was installed in 1963). Both men were professional, polite, and in the Precision marked vehicle with uniforms. My crew even enjoyed meeting my crazy energy dog. Highest marks for great service. Quick, efficient, good workmanship, and affordable. Thanks!!!

Although there were some snags with the initial job, Precision Door did a stand up job of assuring that we were satisfied customers. They even installed a higher quality door than we ordered because of the initial problems we encountered. Our installer, Alec, was very professional and personable. In the end we are very satisfied customers.

Our assigned Serviceman arrived on time, went to work immediately, and repaired our garage door so we could again open and close it, ending our unexpected emergency. We were completely satisfied. I have some problems with my garage door and the company sent Jarred out to take a look at it. He found out what the problem was and fixed it. He also showed me some future problems with my door and opener. I ended up ordering a new door and a new opener, but I appreciate the fact they were my idea and I was not pushed into buying them. He was great and I would highly recommend him and the company

Precision Garage Door added a $15 fuel charge to my bill of which I was not informed. Also, their website mentions a veteran discount that I did not receive. I am seriously considering a BBB complaint.
