A broken spring and left us in a real dilemma. Thanks to Precision for a quick, efficient response to our call. Andrew made a thorough inspection of the situation and gave me a detailed explanation of what could and should be done. Within a couple hours the spring was replaced along with attention to a couple of other issues that had been a concern for us. A job well done, courteously and reasonably. Andrew did a great job. The garage door, which could have woken the dead, now runs quietly and smoothly. It needed new springs, rollers, and heavy duty lubricating. I'm very pleased with the results.

Fast service, repairman was very friendly and explained everything to me so that I understood exactly was was needed to repair my garage door and even made me aware of some additional maintenance that should be completed soon. Precision always has coupons for a free service call which is a $80 value.

Excellent service. Josh, the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and had the job done very quickly. The garage door was not opening, and Josh was able to identify the problem immediately. He explained the problem in terms I could understand, and then worked to find the least expensive, but effective way to repair the door. I highly recommend Precision.

Jarred D came out and performed a complete rebuild. Our spring was worn; when it was cold the silly thing couldn't open. He did the rebuild... O My Gosh.. opens like butter now! He was so professional, and such a great guy. Would highly recommend him!

I requested that my garage door and keypad be examined because I was having issues with both. The person that came out (Jarrod) did not address the keypad isssue. He was supposed to call me back to report his findings but never did.

My appointment was 2-4pm and they arrived 2 hrs early after calling to see if that was OK. The technician (Jeremy) was very professional and efficient. He explained that the opener needed replaced and a repair on the spring wire would be covered by warranty. He installed opener and keypad and left no mess in my garage. I have used Precision before and recommend them highly.

Price, timing, and courtesy was impeccable. They replaced the broken springs and suggested replacement of some worn parts with a valid explanation and showed me the evidence. I would definitely call them again for service.

Jarred and Eric were great; however, upon looking at my emailed receipt, I noticed I was charged $15.00 for a fuel surcharge. Considering the company is roughly 10 minutes from my house, I think this is a bit steep. When the 'invoice' was shown to me on Jarrod's iPad, nothing was mentioned about this fee. Considering the price I paid for the serviced needed, I think this type of petty charge could be eliminated.

Excellent experience. Mike and Jarred were kind, courteous, efficient, and informative. Was surprised by $15 fuel surcharge, which was in addition to the $65 service call fee (that's waived if service is completed). That feels like I'm being nickled and dimed. I called to question it and manager refunded it. Highly suggest you get rid of the $15 fuel surcharge fee.

After reading reviews on 2 websites (Angie's list & HomeAdvisor.com), I felt comfortable and confident with choosing Precision Garage Door. My garage door was not closing fully on its own. Was able to schedule same day service; work completed in a little over an hour. Repairman was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed and explained the problem. He discussed several options that could be done to address the problem; did not pressure me to have expensive &/or unnecessary work done.
