Mike is the technician who provided the most outstanding customer service I have ever received from a service provider. He communicated when he would arrive and arrived on time. He took the time to explain the results of his inspection, offered suggestions, and answered questions enabling me to make an informed decision. He was able to complete the repair and the new installation in a timely manner. He was courteous, kind, and patient. Precision is fortunate to have this technician on their staff. He represents the company very well. I would definitely call this company again and request Mike. I will recommend Precision to family and friends.

Prompt, courteous service was provided with well explained options given. Have used this company before, used them again now, will use them again in future, and highly recommend them to everyone. I love the email with pictures and summary of technicians sent ahead of time so you know who is coming to our home. Love our new belt drive opener. Smooth and quiet operation for 8 ft double door.

This is Charles Jackson, Nicole's Dad, I was present for the service call and was very pleased with the way the problem was handled; plus the additional adjustments that were made to realign the door's tracking were made, not because I asked for them, but because Eric saw the problem and made the adjustments. Mike was very professional in his work and conversations. He explained what he was doing and what he thought needed to be done. He exerted no pressure in advising me of my options. He was neat and cleaned up after he had completed the job. He accepted my Angie's coupon and explained the receipt process after accepting my credit card. A good experience with your tech considering my bad situation. Will surely call again if I have trouble.

Great work done! Made a world of difference!! They did come very very early and I was not ready for them to come 1.5 before my appointment time, and I needed to change things around, but in the end the work was done so well and so timely that it was well worth it!
