I would give this company 5 stars. A+ rating with the BBB, Saturday appointments helped influence my decision. They sent a profile of Joel, my repairman before my appointment. He was courteous, gave me an update on the door, opener, etc. He did not push purchase of any products but made appropriate recommendations. The job was completed promptly and the site was left in good order.

My backup battery needed to be replaced. Your repairman was prompt calling to let me know he was about 10 mins away from arriving. He efficiently replaced my battery, checked the rest of my door opener systems, made sure the battery was recharging, taught me how to reset the clock, and made a very minor repair to one of the sensors. I appreciated that he was in and out in about 20 mins although giving me plenty of time to ask questions. I will use your services again as needed.

SIMPLY THE BEST! I talked to several companies about getting me into my locked garage most of which acted as if this had never happened before. Precision knew their business and felt my pain. The service person got to me earlier than expected and it was opened in a matter of minutes. Michael the Marine (the technician) was very knowledgable and advised me, with no pressure, on what was needed now and what to expect down the road. And the price was exactly what the quoted me on the phone. I would not hesitate to use them in the future, I would not even call anyone else. My advise to anyone with garage door issues, JUST CALL PRECISION!!

My tech was very helpful and informative. We started off with just a garage door opener replacement and ended up with a complete replacement of springs, rollers, and other parts. This was actually needed because of the age of the excisting parts. Very professionally done, would highly recommend.

Definitely a 5 star performance. The technician called just before arrival. Got here, went to work and in about 2 hours the old garage door was gone and in its place was a nice new door. I really expected a delay due to sporadic rain, but that didn't stop the technician from working. I still can't believe that one guy was able to take down the old heavy wood door all by himself. Truly outstanding service. Once again, Angie's List provided me with a 5 star performance.

I had a broken spring on my door. My technician, Erik, identified incorrect parts that had been used on a previous repair by another repair company. The bad parts had caused damage to the drums and cables, so I decided to get the Overhaul package. The overhaul was done in under 45 min, and my door operates much more smoothly and quietly than it has in years. Great work!!
